Billing questions
What is a credit?
Credits pay for the AI work. A full carousel costs 10 credits. Small jobs, like rewriting one slide or getting new hook options, cost 1 credit. An AI image costs 8 credits. See all credit costs.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Your credits refresh at the start of each month, and unused credits do not carry over. Yearly plans get fresh credits every month too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in a few clicks from your billing page. You keep your plan until the end of the time you already paid for. After that, you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
If it is your first time buying a plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days, as long as you have used fewer than 50 credits. Just email us. Read the refund policy.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade from your billing page any time. If you need help changing plans, just email us.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. You can pay monthly or yearly.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You can still open, edit, and download what you already made. To make more with AI, wait for your credits to refresh next month or move to a bigger plan.
